Chaince Securities, LLC (CRD #10590) is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer with a history dating to 1981 — originally founded as JV Delaney & Co. in California. Today, rebranded and repositioned as Chaince Securities, the firm focuses on the capital markets needs of emerging growth companies, institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Headquartered in New York City at 1330 Avenue of the Americas, we have built a senior team drawn from UBS, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and Citi — bringing institutional rigor to every mandate we accept.
